Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan with a light layer of butter.
  • Combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until blended, then press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time on low speed, mixing just until incorporated after each addition.
  • Stir in the sour cream and caramel sauce, then fold in the chopped Twix bars.

Baking
