Preparation of the Filling

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and creamy peanut butter, beating until smooth.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  • Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into small balls and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Cupcake Batter

  • Prepare your cupcake batter, either from scratch or box mix, ensuring it’s light and tender.

Assemble and Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Spoon a small amount of batter into each liner, place a frozen peanut butter ball at the center, and cover with more batter.
