Nuts & Cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese Provides creaminess and tang.

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil High-quality olive oil adds richness.
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Adds depth and complexity.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Brings a zesty kick.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Balances the acidity of the vinegar.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Essential for flavor enhancement.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well-emulsified.

Assemble the Salad

  • Select a large serving bowl or a beautiful platter to arrange your mixed greens.
  • Layer on the pomegranate arils, followed by the apple or pear slices.
  • Add a handful of dried cranberries.
  • Scatter the toasted nuts generously.
  • Finish off with crumbled feta or goat cheese.
  • Just before serving, drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Notes
